Passivhus Villa - 360 graders utsikt
Noen ganger ser vi at spesielle ideer fra modige konstruksjonsingeniører resulterer i utviklinger som går langt forbi kvaliteten til mange utbygginger i Spania. Dette prosjektet er et av dem, som bygges i passivhus-standard.
Prosjektet på 5 villaer bygges nå på Costa del Sol. Ideen er å skape drømmehjemmet til kunder som ønsker personalisering av sin villa.
Alle villaene har forskjellig design, og alle detaljer er ivaretatt. Dette prosjektet er et resultat av en årelang prosess. Utbygger brukte 5 år på å finne den ideelle tomten. Om noen skulle være i tvil, 2 av tomtene er dedikert til de 2 nordiske familiene bak prosjektet.
De 5 villaene blir et lite sameie med gangavstand til La Cala de Mijas, en voksende fiskelandsby 25 minutter fra Malaga airport.
Alle villaer vil ha havutsikt og meget gode solforhold fra morgen til kveld. Villa no#4 er ferdigstilt og resultatet kan sees på bildene under. I tillegg en nærmere beskrivelse av prosjektet.

The passivhouse project is a modern living complex consisting of 5 high standard villas to be built on a hill just above the authentic village of La Cala, between Fuengirola and Marbella. At a height of 70m above sea-level and surrounded by a beautiful nature, the location offers a panoramic view on the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains.The basic idea behind the project is to provide each buyer with a unique, tailor-made villa with own gardens and swimming pool, as part of an exclusive and agreeable community. The design and construction will be entirely managed by the constrution team, who will also take care of all contractual and legal issues. At the end, the client will receive the keys to his new home, ready to be moved into!
